Incub8.org allows you to connect to service companies Hubconsult (BG) Ltd and Hubconsult Ltd (HK), also known as “website”, “site” or platform. 

By using this website, you accept our Terms and Conditions which may change without notice at any time. 

Incub8.org’s users provides services to clients. These include consulting, fundraising, events, recruitment. 

Identity

You are who you say you are, and agree to answer all questions in regard to or implementing Know Your Customer identity checks. 

Login is provided by external OAuth services provided by Google, Linked.com. Accounting services are provided by Xero.com.

It is the responsibility of users to maintain their true identity and provide full and accurate information regarding themselves, and suppliers, and the services they provide. 

Acceptance of Delivery before Payment

By making payment against an order or invoice, the payer has accepted the services delivered. Please direct questions to the organiser of the service. 

The user is solely responsible for invoicing and the delivery of services to their customer or client, as well as communicating and issuing any refunds to the same. 

In the event that refunds have to be issued to the user’s client, the user must reimburse immediately, within 7 days. 

Fees and Commissions

The platform may collect a subscription fee and commission fees as stated on its website. 

Bank transfer and foreign exchange fees are for the account of the user, and may be deducted from the payout. 

Incub8 may recover any losses it has incurred as a result of the actions of the user. 

Third-party service providers

The platform does not provide any guarantees in regard to the performance or reliability of third party services such as website plugins, invoicing and payment services, or company infrastructure. The user uses these at their own risk. There may pauses in the continual operation of these services. 

Payment of Suppliers, Users

The user is paid out after funds clear through the platform, less any commissions and fees agreed via its website.
